Easter Weekend

Easter weekend was very busy, and went by way too fast but we had a lot of fun. Saturday I took the girls to see the Easter Bunny. Kenzie was absolutely terrified and started crying and refused to sit by him. Brooklyn was a little weirded out by him but didn't mind sitting by him for a picture. We went to an egg hunt at the park and a grocery store here does a fun little thing for kids so we went to that too. They got balloons and all sorts of goodies. That afternoon we had a baby shower for my nephew Brandon's baby-boy-to-be. Our Easter was great! The Easter Bunny brought the girls pretty new dresses that unfortunately they couldn't wear because it just wasn't warm enough. It still turned out to be a pretty nice day outside. Both our parents and my brothers came out and we had dinner together. We are so lucky to be so close to our families and to able to spend time with them.
