Friday we went to Baby Animal Days. It is always so much fun. Brooklyn is an animal lover and this year she was old enough to appreciate the animals. It was so funny to watch her she was not scared of anything, and so curious about everything! She even touched a snake! She was climbing the fences to get a better look and even convinced her sister it was ok to get in there and pet the animals. Kenzie preferred to pet through the fence until Brooklyn got right in there with a baby calf and was "loving" it. Then Kenzie did too. Same thing happened with the pigs and goats. Isn't it usually the big sister convincing the little one to do things? Kenzie was so interested in learning about the Indians. They had a teepee set up and she went in, sat on a buffalo rug and watched the lady mash meat, nuts and berries and make pemmican, then she got to try some.
